What’s the latest I can order for Christmas delivery?
We recommend ordering at least 48 hours in advance for deliveries between 16–24 December. Same-day may be possible for local Bedfordview addresses if placed before 10:00, subject to stock and courier slots.
Do you deliver on public holidays (16, 25, 26 December & 1 January)?
We usually operate on a reduced schedule. Please book early; we’ll confirm exact availability for 16, Dec and 2 Jan when you place your order. We are not open on the 25th/26th December & the 1st January.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Bedfordview and surrounds including Senderwood, Morninghill, Bedford Gardens, Edenvale, Greenstone, Modderfontein, Linksfield, Kensington and selected Sandton/East Rand suburbs. Outlying areas may carry an extra fee or longer lead time.
How much is delivery?
Local Bedfordview deliveries are a flat rate of R85; nearby suburbs vary by distance/urgency. We’ll quote when you share the exact address and delivery date.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Our driver will call first. If no answer, we’ll leave with a neighbour or with security if permitted, or reschedule (a redelivery fee may apply).
Can I schedule a future delivery date (e.g., 20 December)?
Absolutely. Tell us your preferred date and time window; we’ll confirm and lock it in.
Can I collect from your shop?
Yes, shop collection is available. We’ll share pickup times and directions when you order.
Do you have Christmas-themed bouquets and centrepieces?
Yes — classic red, white & green palettes, gold accents, festive wreaths, table runners/garlands, and advent pieces. Custom styling is welcome.
Which flowers are in season in Joburg at Christmas?
Summer favourites like roses, hydrangea, lisianthus, chrysanthemums, lilies, snapdragons, alstroemeria, and festive greenery. Imports may be limited or priced higher in late December.
What if a specific flower isn’t available?
We follow a quality-first substitution policy: we’ll replace with a close match in colour, style, and value, letting you know if any major changes are needed.
Do you offer colour or style customisations?
Yes — from classic Christmas to minimalist whites, Scandi greens, or lux metallics. Share reference pics or a vibe; we’ll design accordingly.
Can you make kosher-sensitive or fragrance-light arrangements?
Yes — we can design low-fragrance or specific-ingredient pieces on request.
Do you sell wreaths, and garlands?
Yes — door wreaths, fresh/faux garlands, poinsettias, and tabletop trees (stock is limited; please pre-order).
How do I keep flowers fresh in Joburg’s summer heat?
Place in cool shade, refresh water daily, trim stems every 2–3 days, and keep away from sun, fans, and air-con drafts. For events, we can supply water-source mechanics and heat-resistant designs.
Will flowers survive in the car?
Avoid leaving arrangements in a hot car. If transport is necessary, keep air-con on and drive straight to the destination.
Can I add a card, chocolates, candles or bubbly?
Yes — we offer message cards, curated chocolates, candles, and seasonal gift hampers. Alcohol add-ons depend on availability and local regulations.
Do you offer corporate/client gifting?
Yes — bulk gifting, branded cards, desk posies, and reception arrangements. Please book 2–3 weeks ahead for large volumes.
Can you do my Christmas lunch or office party florals?
Definitely — centrepieces, runners, bar/backdrop florals and entry pieces. We’ll advise quantities based on table size, seating, and room temperature/light.
19. Do you provide decor hire: No we don`t.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, EFT, and select mobile payments. For December orders, full payment secures stock and delivery slots.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes are possible up to 48 hours before delivery (subject to stock). Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a partial charge once flowers have been procured.
Do you offer refunds?
If there’s any quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos; we’ll repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
Do prices increase in December?
Some stems cost more due to high demand and logistics. We’ll always confirm pricing before you pay.
Can I see a photo before delivery?
On request, we can send a quick photo before dispatch (time permitting).
Can you include a personalised message or corporate branding?
Yes — we’ll print a custom card or use branded tags/ribbons for corporate orders.
Do you do secret-Santa or anonymous deliveries?
Yes — we can keep the sender anonymous if you request it in writing on the order.
What size should I choose for my table?
As a guide: Coffee table: Petite/Small. Dining 6–8 pax: Medium. 10–12 pax: Large/Runner. Share a table photo for tailored advice.
Can you work around load-shedding or access restrictions?
We plan routes with time buffers and communicate with building security/estates as needed. Please share gate codes and access windows when booking.
