How much is a flower delivery:

  • Our Standard flower and gift delivery service will take place Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays, Public Holidays and special flower days like Valentines day and Mothers Day.
  • Standard Delivery is Free.
  • Our SAME DAY delivery is for when you need flowers and gifts in a hurry and is charged at an additional fee of R120.
    • Why is there a surcharge on same day deliveries? To ensure we get your delivery out on time we out source this Express service to our Courier Company which incures an extra cost over and above our standard delivery costs.
    • IMPORTANT: Gemma Bloom cannot guarantee specific delivery times with standard or same day deliveries.

Does Gemma Bloom offer same day delivery?

At Gemma Bloom fine flowers we offer same day delivery to selected Johannesburg suburbs Monday to Saturday, these suburbs include Bedfordview, Bedfordgardens, Bedfordpark, Essexwold, Malvern, Morninghill, Oriel, Park Meadow, Senderwood, St Andrews, Edenvale, Bushwillow, Dowerglen, Dunvegan, Eastleigh, Eden Glen, Elma Park, Glendower, Greenstone, Harmelia, Hurlyvale, Marais Steyn Park, Modderfontein, Kensington, Belgravia, Norwood, Linksfield, Linksfield North, Lyndhurst, Oaklands, Mountain View, Sandringham.

Delivery to Johannesburg suburbs is available same day if the order has been received before 12pm (Monday to Friday) and 8am Saturday, T&Cs apply.

When does Gemma Bloom fine flowers deliver?

Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm weekdays, and between 8am and 3pm Saturdays, this excludes special days like Valentines day and Mothers day.

Conditions of delivery:

To ensure your delivery gets to the correct person, please ensure the delivery address and contact number for the recipient are complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility when incorrect and or incomplete information is provided.

If we are unable to complete the delivery ourselves, we use the services of our local courier service.

What If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers?

If the recipient is not at home or available or doesn't answer the door the delivery will be either left with security or reception. If this is not possible, we will redeliver the flowers or gift the next day at an additional delivery fee, or the recipient can collect the flowers from our retail store.
